What is already free (no application required)
- Full Production Safety Framework, PAI-8, incident registry, ecosystem assessments, patterns library, research papers
- AIDA, AIMA, AI Foundations introductory modules — unchanged for everyone
- PAI Studio (WorkflowOS-powered canvas) for mapping and exporting workflows
What Impact Access may cover
For eligible organisations, we review requests case-by-case. Depending on mandate, geography, and budget constraints, considerations may include:
- Concierge onboarding for cohorts (e.g. trustees, volunteer technical leads)
- Fee consideration for practitioner credentials that carry a fee (portfolio reviews, specialist exams, selected programmes)
- Structured quoting for organisational programmes such as a Digital Safety Assessment, assessed against the published scope
PAI does not offer “honorary” credentials. Exams and portfolios are assessed to the same bar; relief only addresses access and cost structure.
Who typically qualifies
Examples include registered charities, tax-exempt nonprofits, NGOs with a published public-benefit mission, and civic-infrastructure organisations where AI touches vulnerable populations — subject to verification. For-profit subsidiaries and trade associations lobbying on behalf of members are normally outside scope.
How to apply
Send a brief note with your charity registration number (or regional equivalent), a link to your mission statement, proposed headcount needing credentials or assessment, and the programme you are considering.
Mention PAI Impact Accessin your subject line. Response times vary with volume; complete requests receive a substantive reply — we'll advise if timelines slip.
